Serafin is equally dedicated to talent recruitment and the development of the next generation of fire protection professionals, creating training opportunities that raise the standard of craft and compliance across the team.
Serafin brings nearly two decades of experience in the fire protection industry. His career has spanned critical environments, including service as a Life Safety Coordinator at assisted living facilities, where he developed deep expertise in protecting vulnerable populations. He has held roles with major industry leaders and has built a reputation as a trusted authority in fire and life safety compliance. A NICET-certified professional, Serafin is a recognized expert in upholding the rigorous standards set by NFPA, AHCA, and The Joint Commission, ensuring every project meets the highest benchmarks for safety and regulatory compliance.
Bryan O'Neil | Vice President
Bryan O'Neil serves as Vice President of Operations, where he oversees project management, leads risk management initiatives, and ensures the compliant delivery of technical fire safety solutions across the company's portfolio.
What sets Bryan apart is the depth of his hands-on experience. He began his career in the trades, earning a Certification of Completion in Pipe Fitting and Fire Sprinkler Fitting through a formal apprenticeship program, and spent the next 18-plus years in the field as a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician and NICET Level III Water-Based Fire Sprinkler Inspector with major industry firms. Over that career, he worked across every phase of fire sprinkler work — installation, service, repairs, and inspections — building the kind of technical mastery that only comes from years on the job.
As a licensed Fire Protection Contractor II and NICET Level III certified professional in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems, Bryan brings a rare combination of field credibility and operational authority to every project. He understands the challenges his teams face because he has faced them himself. That ground-level foundation now drives his leadership of the company's most complex commercial projects, where he sets the standard for technical precision, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to code compliance and client safety.
Joshua Muniz | Chief Financial Officer
Joshua Muniz serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he oversees financial planning, job costing, and cash flow management to support the company's continued growth and operational stability. He previously served as Head of Technology, during which time he spearheaded the company's digital transformation through the adoption of AI-driven tools and operational automation, a foundation that continues to inform his strategic financial approach.
Joshua brings a distinguished background spanning military service, intelligence operations, and civic leadership. He served five years in the United States Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer, Military Intelligence System Maintainer, and Information System Security Officer at the National Security Agency, where he developed a disciplined, mission-focused approach to complex problem-solving and systems management. Beyond his professional career, Joshua co-founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit boxing program dedicated to serving at-risk youth, demonstrating a commitment to community investment that extends well beyond the boardroom.
